Then dependent on your agreed needs and parameters together we will design an experiential development programme that combines an articulation of the Heroine's Journey in the context of professional and personal growth and a carefully chosen archetypal story.
These different frames are called upon to highlight and explore known feminine psychological characteristics and they also provide a common ground upon which a diverse group of women can map out and articulate their own unique experiences. An approach underpinned with structured content and peer coaching in a space that allows and encourages real time learning through self-reflection, insight and experimentation.
Throughout this whole process we will never forget that the core focus is rooted in enabling women to remember and reclaim their natural ability for creative fluency and adaptability; a capacity which is always present but gets lost and entangled in the relational complexities of organisational life.
Ultimately, the aim of any development programme focused on the resilience and well being of women in the workplace, is to offer up spaces in which women can connect with and be present to their best selves, to be able to lead change from an inner stance of collaboration, inclusion and a clarity of action.
In this feminine centered process everyone will be encouraged to access their own innate strengths and qualities and generate for themselves a network of supportive peers who will act as thinking partners throughout and beyond the boundaries of the programme.
